That thing is a hoax (or hacked). Each link leads to some shady advert/gambling/whatever site.

I think your page has been hacked. When I click on "start creating" on mobile I get redirected to tobacco selling website.

I got a google logo, a countdown timer, and a message that a virus was detected on my device.
