I am brought to remember that all these language introductions by REPL are great for single expressions, and once its more than about 8 lines of input the tedium sets in fast.

Cut paste made it much simpler, but of course the typing was reinforced learning. Thus, fools rush in..

C you were driven to edit-save-compile-run and a different kind of tedium set in (syntax fuckups, mis-hits, command delay, do I printf() debug or do I now learn how to use adb/gdb...
