They seem to be pictures and videos from actual people, but AI-modified to add the characteristics of the AI model they're pretending to be. Some of them have the IG subscription system active and most of them have OF links or similar in their profile. Reporting them to Meta does nothing.

Not OF because they need an ID that matches the person.

I believe FanVue (OF competitor) allows these AI creations though?
