I have been running Google ads on our websites since 2006. We've probably generated a million in revenue for Google over the years, but lately it's just been a few thousand a month.
The problem: Since early April, there has been a bug that has caused our reported earnings to drop to $0, even though we've changed nothing on our websites. Impressions and pageviews remain the same. It seems likely it's an issue with Google no longer reporting "clicks" properly. The reports indicate the impressions have remained the same. However, clicks aren't being reported.
They have also removed any support options. I don't have a way to contact them directly. Any attempts to contact them just redirect me to the "community." That's where I found the linked discussion. Apparently many people are having this issue, and are being ignored by Google.
