It feels much better than being mad, and they often look confused rather than smug. I have no problem with not rewarding them with a sale. Sometimes they'll even backpedal, I just say "Have a great day, bye!"

It was pretty much a laugh and walk away thing. Way way too silly to get mad. They didn’t really sell anything truly exotic or expensive.
