AI assistance does not eliminate human authorship. A comment may be drafted or refined with tools but still reflect the user’s own ideas and judgment. Prohibiting any AI assistance would be difficult to enforce and would likely exclude normal writing aids that many people already use. The more relevant standard is whether the commenter stands behind the content and participates in the discussion.

The specific claim being debunked is that seed oils are particularly bad ("toxic") for you compared to other oils. Which is not supported by evidence.
As you note, there's plenty of evidence that a high fat diet causes assorted health issues. Seed oils specifically are not a disproportionately strong culprit.
How about you just let the User decide how much they want their a$$ kissed. Why do you have to control everything? Just provide a few modes of communication and let the User decide. Freedom to the User!!
