Do we work in the same company? That said, I really don't understand why everyone hates on Bitbucket. I really thought it was _fine_ from a user perspective. Now we're on GHE and I find it a sidegrade at best.
Now for the people who were operating Bitbucket, I'm sure it's a relief.
As a user, I found Bitbucket to be a lot harder when it comes to searching and browsing code. The Markdown formatting is also more limited for documentation and the lack of Mermaid support in Markdown documents was shocking to see considering how both of the primary competitors (GitHub and GitLab) have implemented it.
so you think that we suddenly have symptoms after the vaccines because of covid infection and the real symptoms started appearing instead of asymptomatic symptoms .
“nearly everybody knows somebody else who had an adverse reaction to one of the covid shots.”
This is a straight up lie - because “adverse reaction” does not mean “I felt achy for a couple days and maybe had a little fever,” it’s actually a VERY specific term.
But you are trying to peddle falsehoods.
Most people know nobody who “had an adverse reaction to one of the covid shots”
respectfully it is not a lie, and more than a half a dozen people I know personally lost function of their hands, legs, were hospitalized with myocarditis, had local paralysis/palsy. I personally lost the use of my hand for two months and it took two more years to recover.
and when people like me say things like this, inevitably someone like you comes along to tell them they are dangerous for saying it out loud. In fact, the government was actively censoring people from being able to express this on social media.
People may hate Jira and Atlassian, but let me tell you that one of the most magical things ever is recording a meeting in Look, having the action items immediately turned into Jira tickets or Confluence tasks, and a summary of the meeting posted to a Confluence page, tagging the appropriate people and with a link to the full recording.
This is built into Atlassian’s Teamwork Collection.
I ran a team for an entire year with basically only shooting the shit meetings and occasional consensus building meetings and it was the most productive and happy the team had ever been.
Some people get their vitamin people from meetings. They may live alone and not know anyone locally. They may want to feel more personal connection. I don’t usually feel that way myself but sometimes it does help with loneliness oddly enough.
